Our Founder's Story
I was born and raised in the UK, but I am a proud first-generation Nigerian, a devoted mother and wife. My story is more than titles; it is one of resilience, reinvention, and a deep belief that we are the architects of our own success.
My mother, Ruby, was my first and greatest role model. A force in the travel industry, she carried dreams as vast as the skies she crossed. She taught me that in a world without borders, confidence and curiosity were a woman’s greatest tools.
By six, I spoke four languages, greeted pilots by name, and navigated international terminals with ease. Those early experiences taught me that no room is too grand and no opportunity too far-fetched. But life took an unexpected turn. My mother faced challenges that changed our path, and I entered the foster care system.
By the time I was adopted at 11, I had lived with 12 families and attended 17 schools.
Those years shaped me. They taught me grit, adaptability, and the power of reclaiming my own story – values that continue to guide how I live, lead, and support others.
Today, as a consultant, entrepreneur, speaker and mentor, I pour that same energy into helping women step into their power. I do not just help them navigate their careers; I help them own their narrative, build with intention, and rise with confidence.
For me, this is more than work. It is purpose.
